I read somewhere that dreaming about having intercourse can be interpreted as creativity and some other good stuff, but does the person you dream about mean anything?

You need to be more receptive and incorporate aspects of your dream sex partner into your own character.
To dream about sex with someone other than your spouse or significant other, suggests dissatisfaction with the physical side of your relationship.
To dream that you are having sex with an ex or someone who is not your current mate, denotes your reservations about embarking in a new relationship or situation. You may feel nervous about exposing yourself or currently feel a resurgence of those old emotions and feelings that you felt back when you and your ex were together.
If you are heterosexual and you dream that you are having sex with someone of the same sex, signifies not necessarily homosexual desire, but an expression of greater self love and acceptance. You need to be in better touch of your feminine or masculine side.
To dream that you are the opposite sex, suggests that you exhibit or need to incorporate those qualities of the opposite sex.

One thing for sure to dream about sex you can do it alone.
To have sex you have to have a partner.
Having sexual intercourse with a partner can cause babies and can be creative.

Does the person you dream about mean anything? Hopefully not! I haven't met any of the women that I've dreamt about. In fact, I don't remember ever seeing them in real life.
Oh, and dreams are completely involuntary.

Dreaming about sex could be a symbol of passion. Whether it be about the person you are having sex with or passion about where you are having sex or even passion about art.
Passion is a very powerfull emotion. It is possible to have too much passion.
