It sounds like you are doing everything right. YOu didn't mention how quickly the first 20 have come off (how long youve been at this). I think it is reasonable to assume you will lose between 1-2 pounds a week (maybe even more)
there are apprx. 8 weeks before Nov. 20th so I would say a reasonable amount of weight to lose between now and then would be another 15-20 pounds.

Do a cleanse diet along with what your doing allready & you should come close to your goal. I'm doing the Isagenix cleanse diet & I've lost 14 lb in one month. I'm not sure you can lose that much, but I'm pretty sure you can lose a lot of it. you seem to be doing everything right. try working out with weights or doing strength training to help boost your metabolism and burn more fat. good luck!
