Addresses will have minimal effect and all prior addresses are listed .
If an address appears that is not yours ,
That could be an indicator of ID theft .

Incorrect birthdays will be more important because the reports go by your Social Security number and same name or SSN typos are differentiated by birthday .

Yes, a bad address would and also varations in your name. For example- The first time I checked my credit report in a long time in preparation to buy a house, I found my step mothers bad credit on my report. It stated I defaulted on a VA home loan. At the time it would of occured, I would of been 8 years old. I wrote a letter and had it removed.
