If you have income that you deposit to a checking or savings account with debit options ,
Then you can get a debit card at 17 .
A lot of kids under 18 work and deposit their checks to their checking accounts that come with debit cards .

Yes you can. You need to go to a bank & open up a Checking Account. I would recommend Washington Mutual Bank because they have no fees & no minimum amount deposit. You can open a checking account with no money. You need to bring a photo ID & your Social Security Card.

yes you can.
In fact in some banks such as natwest and hsbc, you can get one at 14 or 11. (a solo card)
