3 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 T oil
1 C water

Mix everything except the water. Then pour the water in and mix with your hands. Form into a ball and let set for 15 minutes. Then divide into 10 smaller balls. Flour your work surface and using your rolling pin roll the dough out. Cook on hot griddle or skillet, until it has a few brown spots, turn.

I have gotten to where I make 14 balls instead of ten. Oh and if you want them to be round, take a bowl, place it on top of the rolled out dough and trim...I dont worry about that though.
