I'm feeling really guilty.
Tonight its my friends 18th birthday party and I would like to have a few alcoholic beverages.
Now my mother just came in and told me not to have a drop of alcohol as its the holy month of Ramadan and so far I haven't had any. I told myself this week, yeah I'm going to go drink but after telling my mother that I don't believe in my religion anymore she started crying and got really upset and now... I just feel really bad.
What shall I do?

Well if you live in her house then you have to follow her rules, no matter how old you are. My suggestion is to move out and get on with your own life.

If you don't want to be muslim for some serious, well thought reason, then don't. There are ways to tell, and ways to heal the pain that the decision might cause on your parents, but ultimately it is your right.
However drinking is neither a good reason to give up a religion nor the first thing you should do. Alcohol is dangerous and addictive, specially for people who have no cultural background on it, as it might be your case.
You have a right to choose your religion (or no religion) but whatever yo do, do it wisely.

Go and read my response to your linked question. I just added my answer. And no matter what you decide apologize to your mother and say that you did not mean to hurt her feelings and talk to her about your beliefs and how you got them.
Because she is probably feeling like she has failed as a parent because you have rejected what she believes to be the truth. Be sure to communicate you are not rejecting her.

I don't know where you live but the laws of the US make it illegal to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21.

FOLLOW YOUR HEART.
Drinking is SUCH a waste of time----BEEN THERE!!
You are probably feeling convicted by Jesus.
The devil makes you feel guilty---but CONVICTION is good for you. He is telling you in your HEART,.........
So don't drink--only BAD comes from it--you do things you would NOT normally do.

Turn to Jesus. Muhammad was a false prophet and you are on the wide path to destruction.
God bless!

Follow your gut instinct on this. If you have to really think hard about something, that is probably the wrong choice.

Don't let your mother manipulate you.
I'm not suggesting you do this, but if you were to confront your mother with the idea that her tears are just an attempt to manipulate you, you would see that "sadness" turn to anger, really fast.
