for the last 2 weeks my shoe laces keep coming untied, this has never happened before. and i have always worn sneakers. i am pretty sure i tie my shoe laces tight.
any thoughts, no silly comments plz. i have heard them all

if this is a life hint, you simply may want to pay a little extra attention to the things you can do on auto-pilot... things like brushing your teeth, or dressing yourself, or doing math homework. Maybe an issue can be avoided by using a little extra care to detail.

You know, it could mean something as simple as you need new laces. Switch to Velcro or no-tie laces.

are things in your life coming unraveled? the shoelaces are probably just you worrying excessively. is there something that you are really stressed about? try double-knotting them. wear shoes without laces to simplify things.

if its in real life, you probably feel overwhelmed and helpless. As if everything you do or touch falls apart. talk to someone about it.
