Either:

With your webcam pic viewed on your monitor: Use Print Screen (PrtSc) which effectively saves the whole screen.
Open PAINT and PASTE
Using the rectangular SELECT icon, draw around the picture
Then EDIT - COPY followed by
FILE - NEW - PASTE
SAVE AS (type: JPEG) - and give it a new FILE NAME

Or:

Right click - SAVE PICTURE AS - name it
Then do as ABOVE

unless you have PHOTOSHOP
in which case open the saved picture in PS and resave as a JPEG

The PAINT version sounds long winded but it's really quite easy.

Using the PRINT SCREEN facility allows you to save anything from the internet whether it is a picture or text - very handy.

You can probably right click on it to save to your computer and then use a program such as Picture it to view and save as ". Be sure to save in Jepg format.
