Atheists don't believe in God, they make out that religion is of NO interest to them whatsoever, so just why are they here?

My Answer: You are here Messr. yousedummy, that is a FACT. Your contentions, on the other hand, are not supported by any evidence, ergo, you look disingenuos and very silly.
"it relates to motive" --- It sure does and the clear EVIDENCE in your post would point to your motives as being: (a) To spout off about "witch burnings" etc (because, no doubt, you think that's really clever) and (b) To suggest things that aren't provable. (c) To seek to lead others to believe, despite your above mentioned shortcomings, that you have noble motives. The evidence would lead one to believe that the REAL reason your here relates to points (a) and (b).

Part of the name of this section is "spirituality," and atheists often wonder about many aspects of that, just as everyone else does.
They have JUST as much right to participate in here is everyone else. You have some problem with freedom of speech, do you?
It matters NOT what their "motive" for posting may be. That's THEIR business. So why should anyone be complaining about it?

That if you didn't believe that Santa existed you were an immoral evil person.

Because they have the freedom to do so? I don't see the rules reading "Atheists cannot post in the Religion section the Yahoo! Answers" Just because you don't like them here doesn't mean they can't be here and put in their 2 cents worth. Also, to assume Religion means the belief in One God is truly ignorant and stupid on your part... Religion means ALL religions, including Polytheism.

In first place, Why they cannot participate in an open forum or answer an open question?
They just give an answer towards the question based on their thinking at the best of their knowlegde. Sholud We agree then we take it and should we can't take it JUST LEAVE IT.
We would never know GOOD things should there is no BAD thing as a compareason.
Remember, even Paulus is not a beliver before he become a believer.
Even Omar Al-Khatab did not believe to the teaching that brought by Mohamed (pbuh)before he become one of Mohamed close friend and one of the chaliph.
Even Mohamed in the begining of his preaching always preach his people that THERE IS NO GOD or in ARABIC .... "Laa ilah"
Therefore, in the process of finding the existence of GOD in our heart we must firstly become an ATHEIST as this would clean our MIND and our HEART from all believe and all teaching that we know from what others told us. In other words, we set our MIND free without bias to any religion and believe.
"Laa ilah" or "THERE IS NO GOD" is a kind of RITUAL TO EMPTY ONE'S HEART AND ONE'S MIND FROM ANY BELIEVE NOR INFLUENCE, UNTILL MIND AND HEART REALLY FREE AND THEREFORE MORE EASIER TO PRACTICE THE NEXT STEP IN RITUAL TO FIND THE REAL ANSWER ABOUT GOD.
HOW it WORKS???? Our MIND and HEART can only DENY the FICTIVE or UNREAL but when come to REALITY or CONCRETE it won't be able to deny any more and THE TRUTH can never be denied. Nevertheless, MIND at first place must be expose to the correct and logic knowledge to be able one's MIND to work Properly, efectively and correctly.
Therefore those who really want to find the TRUTH had to go through all books of GOD to defind the real teaching of God and compare these teaching with the reality of all existance in this world not only in spiritual aspect but in all aspect of knowledge. The correct knowledge or real teaching from GOD could easily authenticate through the reality in all existence in this world.
By allowing them to participate in this forum they were exposed to more knowledge about God and these could change their view about God as well as about religion of God.
Remember, The duty and responsibility of the believer is to preach the words of God to those unbeliever and that means we shall not prevent them from sharing the knowledge about God and about religion

Answer . This is where so many questions are directed to Atheists . How can they be answered if no Atheist ever saw them ? Also , this is where the Atheist bashing takes place, do you want to do all that bashing , and get away with it ?
