Paul,
You open the car door for her to get in, make sure she's settled, and close the door (GENTLY.. don't slam it!)
When you arrive, you again open the car door for her, if she doesn't beat you to it, and you open all doors as you get to them.
If you are going to a restaurant, you might also hold her chair for her to be seated.
That is the gentleman's job. The lady's job is to smile, be gracious and THANK you for your gallant efforts.

I honestly don't think you need to open the car door to let her OUT of the car be maybe in the car. Depends if you have automatic locking remote then no but if you need to manually unlock the doors open her door then you get in. When going into a restaurants or store always open the door it just being respectful. Girls really appreciate it. You'll get bonus points with her if you make it look like you always do it and not just doing it to impress her. So good luck and have fun on your date.

seems like nobody actually read your question.... You close the door after she gets out. Then you open the door to the movies or restaurant, then you open the door to the car when you come back..... You also take her hand or arm while you are walking w/ her

You should still open the door when she gets out of the car, but if she opens it before you can get to her door, its no big deal.

Probably not, because by the time you get your door open and around to her side of the car, she probably would have gotten out.
Mind you, if she likes that sort of thing, you can let her know that it might be fun to let you get the doors for her.

That custom began when cars were made of real steel.
Car doors were heavy and seats made it hard to open from a sitting position.
So it was done whenever a woman got in or out of the car.

Really depends on just how much do you want to impress her. A real gentleman wouldnt think twice about it and open all doors coming or going, car or building.

This is the easy part to answer... you get out of the car.... head towards her side of the door. If she is still sitting there by the time you get there, YES get the door. Most likely she will get out herself.
This way you don't have to worry or decide.. She decides for you! :)

When you get out, she might just get out, too. I do and so do most girls I know. But if she continues to just sit there, then walk over and open the door for her. Take the clue from her.

Open the door whenever you can, unless she seems offended by it. Most women love to be treated like a lady, but a few are insulted by this treatment.
