I can only go by where I live, but if your car is stolen, even if the keys are in it, it is still considered theft. Someone took it without your permission. Where I am, insurance would still pay for any damages less your deductible. Your insurance rates will generally not increase due to a comprehensive claim, however, if there is a frequency of claims, your insurance company may decide to raise you deductible or not offer that coverage to you any longer.

Don't know what the small print in your insurance says but if I was your insurer I would make you responsible for half plus your deductable. Even if they pay in full I think your insurance premium will go through the roof.

Probably not. Read your policy. Most state that the insurance company is not liable if you fail to secure the vehicle. Leaving the keys in it pretty much gives them an out on that one so don't expect them to pay.
