Has everyone forgotten about the Sabin oral polio vaccine? It was made to be taken by mouth. But because of rare but serious side effects, it has been replaced once again by the Salk polio vaccine which is injected.
Most vaccines, however, are meant to be given by injection. If you drank such a vaccine, it would mostly be inactivted by the stomach and intestinal acids and enzymes, producing no immunigenic effect. Since vaccines are very expensive, the thought of drinking one to no purpose is rather ridiculous.
I recently read about baits for raccoons which when ingested also immunizes them against rabies.

I don't think you would be able to get your hands on the vaccine in order to drink it but if you did you would likely either become very ill or the acids in your stomach would dilute or destroy the vaccine and render it ineffective.
Are you asking this because you are afraid of needles? If so, ask them to apply a topical anesthetic to freeze your skin before the injection. Just remember the injection is nothing compared to the disease it is preventing.

more than likely the weakened antigen will get killed in the acid of the stomach, rendering the vaccine useless.
