call me cheap but i got some great ones in poundland, claires accesories also tend to do some funky ones but very small cans.
if you want an actual brand i recommend spectacular they do alot of different colours they're stuff is pretty cool and gentle to your hair too.
you can usually pick up their products in any rock/emo style store. you know the kind the little funky independant store that parents look at with the evil glare but the teens go in and love :)

sally's has a colored gel it is really cool when ,I had blonde hair I would rub the gel into my hair for some crazy looking highlights, I liked it, if not walmart will have the sprays in their halloween section.
