You can't. Heaven & Hell are spiritual places (if you are so inclined to believe). When you meditate, you are focusing yourself internally. Only meditation masters are able to astrally project to other places, but since hell is not a physical place, I doubt it can be done.

Besides - why would you want to anyway?

In reality, Hell is just the common grave of mankind. There's no fiery pit to visit. You can meditate all you want, but you'll go nowhere. Read the Bible carefully and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Never heard of it. But I don't see why not. I'm guess it would be just your spirit going to hell and not your actual body. Personally, I'd rather try going to heaven. But I'm not a big fan of everlasting pain and torment.

personally, i do not believe in hell, unless it is a hellish situation that i get caught up in here on earth...just try using your imagination
