It's a feeling of suppression, and anxiety. I have felt like that, like I wanted to just run away where I could breath freely again. You will find soon that you will get over this feeling..all it will take, is to meet a new friend, and someone you can have something in common with to show you around and make you feel at home. Just give it some time, and see if you can get a couple of jobs, and start saving money,..and if you really can't handle it, move home

You go through a grieving process when you move, as it is a loss. You lose your familiar environment, you lose your old friends, etc., and this "grief" can last up to two years.

Try to focus on the positive now - a new opportunity that’s come your way for example?

When is the last time you really expressed your gratitude for the things that really matter?

Giving thanks for the good things in your life will help to reinforce your positive mental attitude, and even help you to cope with stress.

Focusing on the good in your life, instead of focusing on what’s missing, is also important to attract more good into your life. In fact, whatever you focus your thoughts on you tend to manifest in your life.

So take a break from your busy day to think about what you’re grateful for -- and do the Gratitude Dance!
