From Dan Hill. The song is under copyright and he is the only person who can give you permission to use it. You will probably have to get permission from his publishing company as well. by the time you get done, you will probably discover that it was cheaper to pick up a songbook with the song in it in the first place. Dan is a nice guy, but he is not likely to give away the rights when that song puts food on his table and a roof over his head. If he says yes though, more power to you. Just don't give it to anyone else. That's called biting the hand that feeds you.
