Oh no, that was very clever of you (lol). You should have worn plastic gloves. Now that you have this problem, though - I would think the only way to get rid of some of the dye would be to use lemon juice or hand-grease (the type mechanics use after working on cars). Perhaps your father has some in his garage?

I don't know where you are, but in England we can get hairdye remover in a little sachet. Down the beauty aisle by the hairdye they're usually hanging on little hooks, and they're in a little rip open sachet. They're wipes with like a really textured scrubbing side for removing it.
Either that, or try makeup remover wipes. Hold it on for a few minutes and then scrub.

Cut an onion and rub it gently on the stains. Onion juice works well with many dyes. It may help you too.

perfume or aftershave on some cotton wool does it...it works for me
there are also some new wipes on the market that are specifically for hairdye on skin
