try and hang out with her more, 'compare notes', invite her to a party at home with some of her friends, go out to the park with excuse of walking your dog or something like that...
try and see if she's interested...if u think she might be, then ask her out...u've got nothing to lose, the worst she can do is say no...

First of all- does she even have a inkling that you feel this way? Torture yourself no more. Just ask her out on a date and you'll find out real quick.
