Anyone please help!!!! i beg you ASAP!!!?
okay well i have been looking for dog crates on line this morning and i found what i think is an awsome deal!!! but just one thing!!!! i cant figure out if the crate has a floor to it (a bottom) or if i have to buy it separat. i have tried calling customer service but i cant speak to anyone.

What they state is the 'removable thick plastic pan' is the floor. They have to furnish it, or the cage wouldn't stay solidly rectangular.
I have had these in the past. Oh, the metal divider is to use when the dog is just a puppy and you don't want him to have free reign of the cage so as to be able to properly train your dog.

It has a feature better than a floor... it has 'a removable metal tray for easy clean up'......... very cool....
If you dont want your dog standing on the metal all the time, go to a carpet store and buy a few remnant carpet pieces that will fit in there. (You can just pitch them and change them out as needed.) Your dog will appreciate that not having to stand on that metal tray all the time. :o)

The ad says: "Removable plastic pan for easy clean up." That would constitute a "floor".
Poor dog. I haven't ever used crates. Refuse to. Training works and is less expensive.

The bottom of the cage is exactly like the top of it. However, there is a tray that sits on the bottom of the cage to make it more comfortable for your pet. It covers the bottom of the cage. It is removeable for easy cleaning. It looks like this tray is made of heavy plastic.

,the black thing is the floor, it's like a tray I've got 1 like that not exactly but similar.
