Mind over matter I guess. I've struggled with that though you're experience sounds worse than mine. I would talk to a therapist and take some self defense classes. These will help you better deal with these situations in your mind and your body.

Your fears are legitimate. They are based on a reality that you experienced. Anyone who says differently doesn't know what they are talking about. You are experiencing a normal response to abnormal situations. Unfortunately, your fears have generalized. Even that is not unusual. The most direct way to undo the conditioning is to work with a therapist experienced in trauma. It isn't easy. It takes time, but it is the most effective way to work through what's going on. If you could have done this on your own, you would have by now, no? Look for a therapist you can respect and trust. You only have the rest of your life to live with yourself. Don't let pride stand in the way of the one thing most apt to help.

the first thing that you have to do is : you have to realize that life is real, that what you feel is real, so you can control what you feel

the second is try step by step, when u enter the new environment or reality

the 3rd is find a support system, you dont have to be alone, ask your friend or your family or one you can trust that you can feel secure to face new reality

good luck

It sounds like you've been bullied. It could take a while to get over it, but it'll get better. You can try a medication like Prozac, from you're regular doctor, a psychiatrist or an internet drug store.
You have to figure out how you can move, maybe out to the country. If you are still in school, maybe you need a year off to be homeschooled (there are a lot of internet schools).
A certain percentage of people are mean, where ever you go, you're always going to have to deal with them. You have to improve yourself before you move or it's just going to happen again. The bullies are looking for the weakest link. It's just one of life's learning experiences. Try to keep them at a distance.
You need to go places, start out by going to safe places like the library. Read some self-help books there. Read the magazines and learn how to dress better or get a better hair style..ect. Maybe the library has a yoga tape, so you can learn how to relax. Buy a Tae-Kwan-Do tape to learn how to relax and defend yourself. Exercise and just do anything that makes you happy.

You know, many women suffer for years, from being raped, and attacked. It does traumitize them, and cause nervous breakdowns in some people. The only true way, to get over all of this, is to have a strong faith in God and Jesus, and know that They will take care of you as a reward, for forgiving those that abused you. When you take a bible Study, you will open your eyes, and realize that your real enemy, is satan,..who worked though all of those people, and believe it or not, when your eyes are opened, you will be able to pity them, instead of hating and dreading them..I hope and pray you find peace soon, you deserve it.
