There is no REAL 'Ideal Size'.

It's all media hype. And a good money making industry.

I know many women who have had serious medical problems after such surgery.

If you don't love yourself with your current size, changing your physical size won't really help in the long run.

Trust me, I know ladies with D-cup size and the all want to be smaller - the A-cups often want to be bigger! As I said - all by brainwashing due to media hype!

a good, qualified surgeon should have already discussed what size of implants he/she were advising you to get based on your body shape. At your initial examination you should have had a full medical check and you should have been asked to try different sized implants in your bra to see how they felt and looked. If none of the above has been done then DONT GET THE SURGERY.

Also be aware of the risks, you may NOT end up with the 'perfect' breasts

Use the mirror.

Implants always look fake, and more men prefer even small, natural breasts over bloated stretched out globes than you would expect.

Also, why would you do this and then 5 years later sue the doctor because you think the implant caused Lupus or some other condition?

I'd pick up two magazines - one fashion magazine (Elle, Vogue, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, etc) and one celebrity magazine (People, Star, In Touch, Us Weekly, etc). Hopefully, you can get an idea of what you're looking for from there.

Your best bet is to go to an adult bookstore and buy a few high end photo spread magazines and a few fetish magazines. Or if you want to see normal people, buy a few amature's magazines.

They are kind of expensive, but you cant get better good resolution pictures of breasts.

I'm so excited for you. I am getting one in the next year. Let me give you some websites to check out. They tell you what the implant size is and the height and weight of the patient.
www.breastaugmentation.com
www.allaboutimplants.com
www.implantinfo.com
and at www.breasthealthonline.com ( you can log in and ask any questions you have to other women with implants)
Are you going with saline or silicone? I hope your surgery goes well. Please let me know how it goes.

There is a way to get bigger breasts without surgery, pills or creams.
I have followed the plan & I am a cup bigger in weeks. I love how my breasts are now, have a look.

Don't look at magazines for this, you'll consult with your Cosmetic Surgeon, and he will help you decide what is best for your frame.

you obviously dosen't know what you're getting into, & what you really need, & your 'doctor' is just as clueless & useless, he, as a so called 'doctor' should be able to advise you instead of asking you to bring pictures for him as a reference!!
