i have been feeling something in my throat. it was a *cry*, but there was no reason for me to cry and then i started crying. what does this mean? it's very strange. i don't want to cry because it makes my nose red.

When I was in my early twenties, I was being treated for depression and I will never forget when I asked my Doctor why I kept getting a lump in my throat, it irritated me, and he told me that the lump in my throat was unshed tears! I was never conscious at the time that I felt like crying - but, when I really thought about it, I discovered that my Doctor was right!

well, something must be making you sad..something must be on your mind, and you are holding it in the best you can. I don't know it might also be an allergy to something...if this is the case, my throat always feels like it is tightening up, and then my eyes water...I hate when my nose turns red also lol

There is something bothering you, and looks like you are scared of something serious that you think may happen that you don't like to happen. Once over this you be back to normal. Try going out with your friends to a movie.
