Not legally...drinking impairs your judgement, and most kids judgement isn't that good to begin with. But then again...neither is a lot of "adults"!

well the legal drinking age here is 19 . But i think its a load of crap , im under the age of 19 and sometimes i drink now and then ... i don't go crazy so im drunk passed out on the floor.

I think its becaus alcohol can make the kids' brain damage and they could get drunk at school. They might lose teper and do crimes. And it is because they wouldn't want the number of alcoholic people to raise

In many countries, the water is bad enough that the residents drink wine or diluted wine at meals.

In America we have bottled water, so no wine for you.

I belive that's because it is illegal in this country. They can physically however over indulgence could result in health issues.
