I have Osteoarthritis in my feet. I currently work in a factory and have been there for about a month and a half. I have had arthritis for 4 years now and im struggling at work. I find im leaning my weight onto my heals because my toes hurt so much. Even on weekends when im not at work and walk to the shops or anything i find im in to much pian. Im on Glucosamine and anti-inflamitry tabkets Movalis. I have seen a podiatrist and he wrapped my feet in bandages but its not helping much.
What should i do..?

I also have Arthritis and in my feet. I saw a Podiatrist who gave me insoles to correct a imbalance, I was putting my weight on the inside, arch of both feet! Since I got the insoles, life has improved. I know it is difficult but I find different shoes, brands, size, type will also have an affect on my feet, so you might consider changing the type of shoe you are wearing.

Arthritis in the toes can be treated surgically sometimes by having the joints in the affected toes fused together. This is not suitable for everyone but can provide relief. Your Dr could refer you to an Orthopaedic surgeon if he thought it was a viable option.

You'll find hemp lotions at your local health food store.
