if you are talking about drugs for psychiatric illnesses, these are supposed to be helpful.. if the drugs do not work, the individual needs to talk to the doctor. everyone is individual, and sometimes a prescribed medication doesn't work so well.
however, i do know that there are times when prescribed drugs have a bad effect, and NO it's not a person's fault...
if a person takes street drugs, it was THEIR CHOICE and yes they are responsible for their actions.
hypnosis? well, i don't know many people who walk around hypnotized.. i'm not educated on this subject.
take care.

No, and actually, if someone was say, writing a trust, and under the influence of drugs, and meds, that were mind altering, the whole trust could be challenged, especially if the attornies involved, faked and had the person signing papers that stated that they 'were in their right mind' when they signed...if it is a violent crime, they might be charged, as they made the choice to consume the drugs, etc.

Yes they are responsible in most cases. Drugs while they may lower inhibitions, do not change one's moral standards or sens of right and wrong. Hypnosis will not cause someone to do something they would not do intentionally.

you do no longer say the place you're, yet right here that would by no skill fly. through fact hint quantities of medicine may well be detected on your urine for weeks, there could could be another data that she replaced into below the impression on the time she replaced into utilising. like the smell of pot on her breath; pink, glassy eyes; or failing a roadside sobriety try. What she could do is get a criminal expert. Barring different data, the case could be dropped.

Yes. You will go to jail for what ever law you break regardless if you are on any drugs or not. On top of that being on drugs can make the sentence even worse.

Prescription medication is ONE thing. The others are not legislated and not regulated, so....you're to blame.
With prescribed medication and proper follow-up, you shouldn't be doing strange things. so it's a YES and a NO.

Of course! If he knows what is right or what is wrong, he is responsible for everything he does.
It doesnt matter what kind of drugs he has taken!
