I would think it is plantar fascitis or a spur, but it does not hurt when I walk.
What could it be?
Thank you for your help

What you describe is a symptom of heel spur. There is no real medicine or treatment for it.

Go to a podiatrist (foot doctor). He may be able to help you to improve the situation.
