After eating a creole Tomato why would you ever eat or cook with a regular tomato again?

Earl. Eating ANYTHING & finding it to be so satisfying as to make that particular food your favorite is a matter of each person's individual taste bud's, their cultural background, which has taught them from long use, that another "Tomato"
is the right one for them.
