Actually, "ok" is a word accepted in mostly all languages, but the correct translation in Spanish depends on the country: " vale" in Spain; "de acuerdo" or " está bien" in South-America.

If you are saying Ok as in "That movie was ok." then it would be closest to bueno, which means good.

If you are agreeing with someone as in "Sure thats ok." then it would be closest to si, which means yes.

Actually, most Spanish speakers would understand what you mean if you just said "Ok"

Well if ok means yes in the sentence you can just say si which is pronounced as see.

OK in Spanish: vale ( vaale, the v is not pronounce b, absolutely not, v is pronounced v). You can also say: de accuerdo or está bien.
