Where do you live? If, as I guess, you are in the India area, books on CD should be available. There are many available on line in the USA, so I imagine they are available in most of the world. It's probable that one could obtain a free Bible CD from a church site, and the NEW King James Version is modern English.
Also, buying DVD movies and listening in English can only help.

Firstly your question should be What is the best way to learn to speak english. Spoken is a past tense word. Cd's to learn the language are available, tutors or maybe if you know a little english experience being around other english people to pick up on the way they speak

I am trying to learn hindi now and it is hard, but I work on it everyday, I listen to it whenever I can and try to speak it whenever I can.

How? Same way I am learning Spanish,I am 68.Exposure,listen,read,repeat,speak and write.It is hard work and you have to be at it day and night.Never quit.I have been at it for many years now.
