I believe that it is an opinion because everyone believes differently.
Some people like cats and some people like dogs but neither animal is better then the other.

Dogs have masters, cats have staff. Dogs come when you call them, cats take a message and get back to you. It is said that God made cat so that man could caress the Lion. If one were to cross the mind of a cat with the mind of a human, it would greatly enhance the human and deteriorate the cat!

1. Cats have nine lives.
2. Cats come whenever they feel like.
3. Cats land on their feet.

I got both and I love them .... Cats are a little easier, you can leave the cat at home all day cause you don't have to take her outside. But a dog gets much closer to you ... I take my dog everywhere and when you are bored you can take the dog for a walk or play with it outside.

I'd say cats are better than dogs. Cats are easier to raise and they prefer to escape from any danger, unlike dogs, which prefer to confront any danger they sense. Also cats are smaller than dogs and are easier to be handled with.

It depends on your personality . If you are prepared to be a slave personality you will be a cat person a cat delivers nothing unless it is satisfied first where as a dog simply wants to please a friend ~~

Cats are independent. I do not have to worry that my cat is at home alone all day and/or all night.
