we are living on 2007, why her relationship will change? It is rare now that someone marries virgin, tell your friend that many people have sex before marriage, what she needs to tell this guy if she loves him so much is that she had a bad experience when she was 16 and explain him what happened. If this changes the relationship this guy doesn't love her, this isn't any risk to tell him, I don't understand the big deal here, only if your friend is from Spanish culture and this guy she will marry is from there too, even there everything changes, it isn't like before anymore, if I was her I just talk to him and explain him that she is afraid to get intimate when she marries and tell him what happened

If you want an answer, your friend should tell his fiancee about it all. She has to explain that she was forced to do it. Moreover, she didn't know it was a sin, thus she has not sinned. She must say it frankly to his fiancee else she will stay with that burden
