So I am confused should we have sex or not ? If we have sex, how can people know that we had sex so no one can say we are doing illigle ? Also if Police knows that we have sex what will they do ?

How are the police going to prove that you two had sex?? Just do what you want to behind closed doors, I am sure there must be thousands of other guys doing it around the country.

No doubt any carnal sex against the order of nature is illegal & punishable offence under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 377 provides Unnatural offences.--Whoever voluntarily has carnal
intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal,
shall be punished with [imprisonment for life], or with
imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten
years, and shall also be liable to fine.
Explanation.-Penetration is sufficient to constitute the carnal
intercourse necessary to the offence described in this section.
The question that how the people will come to know about this & what police will do if they are told about this ? In such a case the eyewitness to such a sexual activity between two men & medical examination with regard to such sex that will show the occurrence of anal sex or even oral sex between them will be sufficient to put both these men behind the bars. How can you two prevent this upto you to see how you can avoid all such sexual activity being exposed to others, who not only become eyewitness to such activity but even give first information to the local police regarding this. If all this happen then before you can escape from the site of this offence you both can be apprehended & taken for medical examination immediately for confirming this offence, in such a case you won't have any defense against such an offence. I have almost told you how to prevent the clutches of law for indulging in any such activity.
