I know I need to eat more fish, and I don't eat any, mainly because I don't like plain fish and I like it with fattening sauces, anyone have any ideas as for my health now I really need to eat it. I want to eat it, I already take salmon oil.

Take fillets of Salmon,put it in a large covered frying pan with a bit of water.
Go to high heat till the water boils than go to minimum heart.
Time depends on the thickness,5 or 10 minutes.
Add some salt and lemon,you'll like it .Good luck.

I like to take mahi=mahi and fry it with a little olive oil and some soy sauce and then squeeze some lime juice all over it.
I prefer the flavor when it is breaded, but that is not as healthy.

FISH...YUCK! My answer is DO NOT eat it. Fish is FULL of toxins like mercury and many others. Go Vegan and you will feel wonderful. The body does not need as much protein as what is believed. I know from experience.

You can grill it with herbs and spices, and have some spinach & potatoes on the side instead of any sauce.
