I have a crush on my nephew who is older than me. I sometimes think its crazy but somtimes that changes.Have you ever had a crush on a family member?

have any feeling you like is not against the law, as the law is about actions. Having sex with a member of the immediate family is incest and against the law, and I think marrying a first cousin could be, depending where you live.
The other issue with the law is burden of proof. How do you enforce who has sex with whom , if neither party goes to the police.

First and foremost that is your nephew regardless of anything. You having a crush on him is crazy enough but i guess as long as it doesnt progress any further than a crush then it shouldnt be too big of a deal. Now if you're thinkin about being with him and possibly even havin any sexual relations then that's when i will say you're wrong and disgusting. But i still think its wrong to even have a crush on a family member and i suggest that you stop it before it goes any further. Thats your family and you just cant do that. But by all means if thats what you're into then do what you do. But just know that its wrong no if's, and's, or but's about it.

I haven't had a crush on a family member, but what you are going through is pretty natural, and not uncommon. It isn't a crime to have a crush on someone, just as it isn't a crime to imagine robbing a bank. It is only bad if you act on that fantasy. In other words, there is nothing wrong with what you are feeling, but you can't marry him or have sex.

No it isn't a crime to have a crush but I'm not sure where you would stand in regards to the law if you acted on those feelings.

You don't have to worry about that as long you're trying to keep that feeling and think positive. Why don't you just take a distance for a while and find a new love somewhere out there?

There is no harm in a crush on any family member, be they older or younger, its the animal instinct in you which is telling you so.
Give it a go, provided you feel it wont blow out of propotion in the end.

I did on a cousin but it died when I got punched on the nose by my older brother who also had a crush on her but he never got any either ~~

yes this happens but not if you find that person contemptable or they have a crush on you but no the other way.
