multiple ebay stores ? can i open more than one ebay store under the same user name ?

i have some items that are completly different and i cannot have them in the same store (even under different categories). i tried ebay live help but it just wouldnt connect)

Not under the same ID, no - but you can have more than one ID. So long as they never interact, then its not a problem.
