It depends on the context
The only MCC I know of relates to cricket
Marylebone County Cricket club - they made up the rules of the game apparently
we need more information - is it an organisation, a club, a person a car - what?

Yep - the best known MCC would be not a person but an entity, i.e. Marylebone Cricket Club - based at Lord's in St John's Wood, the guardians of the wonderful game.
Or Michael Colin Cowdrey - an England cricketer in the 1960s. He was known as Colin though.
I don't know any others.

Mennonite Central Committee
MCC seeks to demonstrate God's love by working among people suffering from poverty, conflict, oppression and natural disaster. MCC serves as a channel for interchange by building mutually transformative relationships. MCC strives for peace, justice and the dignity of all people by sharing our experiences, resources and faith in Jesus Christ.
* MCC sends people, food and material goods to communities recovering from war and natural disasters.
* MCC encourages and supports local churches and community groups in their efforts to provide food, health care, education, employment and social services.
* MCC helps people develop skills for creating peace in their families, neighborhoods, villages, towns and nations.
* MCC encourages exchanges of visits, gifts and prayers between supporters and those with whom we work around the world. These exchanges highlight for everyone the gifts, needs and wisdom of others.
