Try and call "The Path of Tea" on West Alabama. Besides having a wide variety of tea for purchase, they do have one of the most extensive tea libraries in the area.

Don't see why you couldn't just use any old kettle and just stick a candle under it.
You could also try an electric kettle, it's not as "romantic" but it does the job.
