when i feel like passing urine i start paining in my lower stomach. i had boyfriend but we broke 1 year ago, i got urinal infection after having sex with him, abt 2 years ago. doctor gave me syrup and tablets, problem was solved at that time but after that i feel irritation before nd after urination. i drink a lot of water. what can it be.... urine infection or some other problem. i never had sex with anyone. i dont want to go for checkup as i think doctors might not tell the reason as sex. i live in small place nd this can come to my parents notice. please help me

Sounds like a bladder infection. You can try cranberry juice, lots of water and Azo to see if that helps. But should go see a doctor.

I know you aren't comfortable with seeing the doctor but they need to evaluate this further to see if it is a urinary tract infection or not. If it is a urinary tract infection and left untreated it could spread in to the kidneys creating more pain and problems. Anyone can get a UTI. If the doctor does say it's because of sex, get another opinion and preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor you currently see.

This is the most common symptom for an STD. I would definitely recommend a check up.
Also, various types of cancers can have the pain as a sign, including the ovarian cancer, which needs to be diagnosed as soon as possible!
