Most of my choices wouldn't be possible as a lot of my heroes are dead but here goes-
AC/DC (with Bon Scott up front)- no offence to Brian J intended
Thin Lizzy
The Who
The Jam
The Faces
The Clash
Deep Purple (the mk2 line up)
Ramones
Pink Floyd
Queen
Free
Led Zeppelin (the REAL one that is)
Blink 182
Guns n Roses (with Izzy & Steven Adler)
There are others, can't think of them right now... I am very glad however about The Police and The Stooges having another stab at it. I can't think of any band in particular i would like to see bite the dust. Except the bloody Pet Shop Boys (if they are still together). They make my teeth itch. And the new Guns n Roses (before they have even got off the ground). And what's with all the slagging Oasis off?? Simple but catchy guitar work and lyrics anyone can sing along to. Ok so the Gallaghers are might fancy themselves a bit, but they're bloody good!!

Without doubt the New Fast Automatic Daffodils (also known as the New Fads). A late 80s/early 90s band from Manchester. They had some great songs and the best combination of drummer and bongoes player I have heard. Their vocalist Andy Spearpoint was had a unique style reminiscent of Mark E Smith but more intelligible.

Reverend and the Makers have written truly the most annoying song ever that seems to be played on a continual loop in my gym. I think its called "He really loves me" or something. I wish they would split up - and then shoot themselves!

That's a very original call by jonny_erm. I still remember the song Bong (hey, a rhyme). Haven't thought too much about the NFAD in a LONG time.
1. Lush - I know the drummer hung himself and it's very sad, but jeez, time heals all wounds. These guys called it quits right when they were getting real popular. Very underrated band.
2. Fall Out Boy - Need I say more?

Apart from Pink Floyd, which to me is a given, I'd like to see Thin Lizzy reform, but as the great Phil Lynott died years ago that's not possible.
I'd like the Spice Girls to split up before they start to sing anything again - just to show the world they care.

Queen, but only if we still had the late Freddy Mercury. He was the ultimate showman of all time. I would love to see Abba reform too just to hear what songs they would make and if they would be as good as their old songs. As for bands I would love to see depart it would have to be Girls Aloud have they split up yet?
yuk!

Beautiful South. I never got the chance to see them in concert and then I heard they split up.
The Spice Girls should give up now before they even get started.
