No, not at all. After over ten years of going barefoot myself, I know from experience that feet are a *lot* tougher than most people who're used to wearing shoes would ever believe. I've walked and run across gravel, bramble-infested trails, littered inner-city sidewalks, everywhere, and I've NEVER had a cut. I get a tiny splinter maybe once a year, that's all; I get small injuries on my hands far more often. And since I'm always barefoot I sure don't mind seeing someone's feet either.

No. It isn't my concern. As long as they're not being provocative, sexually explicit, offensive, etc, and as long as they're clean and don't stink, I don't care what people wear when they're working.

The owners of the store would probably care, since it could pose a safety hazard, in the event that the person's foot gets injured. But the barefoot person may own the store, or be related to the owner, in which case nobody may care.

Yes... I'm sure the owners would not approve because it's so easy to injure your foot in that environment. It's just incredibly stupid. I'd probably not shop at this store because I'd be wondering what other strange things this person has done.

For instance, when was the last time he threw out the day old hot dogs?

No. It woud only make me curious to know why the person was barefoot.
