I don't think there is an 'appropriate' reply.
When I think of a terrorist, I lump these little peckers right along side. They intentionally frighten people enough to have them curl up like little hedgehogs in a corner. I will hold my own with just about anyone, except a gang banger.

I would give him a kiss on the cheek, and tell him , that he has now been sprinkled with fairy dust, and he can fly so he needs to go to the top of the biggest building and jump off and fly.......and then as he walks away tell him he is the biggest fairy i have ever seen

Um I'd ask them what in the hell they mean, because "what are you looking at like" doesn't make sense... now if they left the
"like" part out I might say something like " That big ugly pimple on your nose" or "That lady on the corner, she looks a lot like your mom"

Normally my response to that would be 'I don't know, I'm still trying to find the label...'. But given that this is an agressive looking chappy, I'd probably say nothing and just keep walking!
