any craft shop should have them. even walmart does in their craft section. i was looking at them yesterday.

If you just want them for a one time use, I agree with the others, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Wal-mart, etc. However if you would like to have them for use all the time, have unusual or unique letters, then you can create your own. This is a little more pricey, but.... it's yours and you can create them anytime you want. It's called a Sizzix machine. It's around $100.00 and they have dies in all shapes and sizes. Alphabets (different fonts), people, transportation, pretty much, you name it, they have it. But you use these dies over and over for a lifetime. You just buy the foam and the machine cuts them for you. You can add any embellishments such as brads, flowers, glitter, etc. and dress them up a bit. By the way, you can use almost any kind of paper, material, etc. in the machine. There are also a couple of other machines on the market. Some more expensive, but I have found the Sizzix the easiest to work with. Hope this helps :)

I don't know where you're from but a place called Michael's which i know is in California but other than that I don't know, but any craft store should have that and at the least styrafoam blocks to cut out the letters yourself
