Yes it can be done - it is - Breast reduction, or reduction mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure which involves the reduction in the size of breasts by excising fat, skin, and glandular tissue; it may also involve a procedure to counteract drooping of the breasts. As with breast augmentation, this procedure is performed most often on women, but may also be performed on men afflicted by gynecomastia.

Breast reduction surgery is oriented toward women with large, pendulous breasts, since the weight of their breasts may cause neck, back, shoulder, circulation, or breathing problems. The weight may also cause discomfort as a result of brassiere straps abrading or irritating the skin. Even if physical discomfort is not a problem, some women feel awkward with the enormity of their breasts in proportion to the rest of their relatively smaller bodies. Reduction mammoplasty affords the recipient smaller, lighter, and firmer breasts. The surgeon may also reduce the size of and change the shape of the areola or nipples.-

You could find a better bra to help with support. A good bra is essential not only for the support of your breasts but also it is essential to a healthy back. If it's really bothering you (health-wise) I do suggest that you get a breast reduction, do your homework with top notch plastic surgeons in your area. Good luck!

No you can not.
Depending on your age you could possibly get a breast deduction if you may want.

Ask that site and have a response by the next morning.
Real doctors will respond and there might be a home remedy.

Sometimes insurance will pay for a breast reduction. However they will require a certain weight of tissue to be removed. They go by your height and weight. I checked into this, but they would have required that I go from a DD to a B.
Are you pregnant, or having hormonal issues? Maybe you should check into it.

You can talk to your doctor about Breast Reduction Surgery, but first I would discuss with him/her about them increasing. May also be a very good time for a mamogram/ultrasound.
