yeah, the only time i could hear my breathing, that the only time i could hear my deepest sighs. the best time to listen to inner my inner voice and think of what really is going on, this q reminds me of the song Iris..

I've never been totally on my own as in living alone. Went from family home to apartment with my brother to married to single mom with kids. And have felt alive in all situations with periods of the blues!
Now I wonder what it will be like when the kids are gone???

I've got the feeling of being alive when I'm with my family, when I work and when the outcome of every endeavor is positive and every sacrifice and shortcomings were all worthwhile
