As people have said, there needs to be more context to really know what you're trying to say, but I'll take a guess that it's something like this:

These tables are from the database that handles user authentication.

I'd need more context, but to make this sentence sound a little better (not saying it's that bad now):

Tables from the database handle user authentication.

There is no verb. The subject of your sentence are these database tables...ok...but you have no verb telling WHAT is happening with them.
Also, it's not a good way to put that part of sentence either...better would be: User's authentication database tables.....(verb goes here)
