yes. We had cows. Our Dad used to have a lot of fun with it ! He'd grab the fence, then the closest person to him !

More than once. I used to work on a farm and every time one of the cows got out we'd have to run her down and usually had to cross one or more electric fences in the process.

A couple of times. I received a good jolt and let go. The fences were designed to keep dogs from jumping out of their yard. I'm just glad that I touched it with my hands instead of peeing on it.

Yes, When I was younger My parents had cattle, but also had a crop of tomatoes. When they used to put the cattle in the tomatoe paddock they would get my sister and I to go watch to make sure they didn't get though to the crop.
I was sitting/sleeping (most boring chore in the world) when I realised that the herd was close to me. I sat bolt upright touched the wire with my chest and was earthed by my butt.
I have never touched one since.
Also
My sister was cutting grass for our guinea pigs and she touched the live wire with metal shears..... That was pretty funny to watch. It is always funny when it happens to someone else.

I always heard that if you were to pee on one that you could be zapped. I've never had the balls to try it though.
