ok i'm 16 i weigh 171 and i need to lose alot of weight i want to get down to at least 130 because i haven't been that weight since i don't know how but its so hard for me to stay on a diet because my mom always makes food that is pretty fattening and i've tried do exercises too but i can't stay on top of it but now this time i want to change and do both before my senior year cause i want to look good...so what should i do to lose weight fast and/or easy way to lose weight before a certain time

You've received a lot of good answers. It's good to eat a healthy nutritious diet (organic when you can) avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods) including sodas & junk foods. Start an exercise regime, something you enjoy doing, walking, running, swimming, dancing...etc...join a walking group, do team sports & stay hydrated...drink lots of water...& the lbs. will melt away...

I observed the publication to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however traditionally) and doing little or no endeavor, however the weight continues flying off. It obviously works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the residing daylights out of me in view that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've not ever bought something like this earlier than in view that they're commonly stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a high-quality shock. Get began in these days!

Try a diabetic diet. I have been on a diet since I was five and that's the only thing that worked. A little advice, when you are having trouble staying on top of things, think of the health risk that is associated with being overweight. It works for me every time I see lasagna or cheesecake. When the urge is overwhelming to eat what you want, sometimes it's best just to have a bite, or a third of the normal portion. In the end, you are the only one that can make you happy or change your life for the better. If you want to lose weight, you can. Stay strong girl.

If you want to lose weight, EAT!!! I know that it sounds crazy but the best diet is actually no diet but to spread you eating out of 5 to 7 meals through the day. Do not eat any item larger than you fist. Eat until you are satisfied not full. Eat slowly (it takes about 20 minutes of eating before your stomach starts to send signals to your brain that it is full). Exercise 30 minutes per day (a nice walk will work just fine). Do this and you will be done to 130 in a year (give/take 3 months).

You don't really weight that much; but the best way to lose weight at your age is to join school sports and stay active. Your metabolism will take care of losing the pounds. This will also help you maintain the weight off. Don't do any crazy type of diet or fasting. You'll just end up gaining it all back plus more.

Im 14 i weigh 90 pounds ! I do sit ups,Pull ups And i reccomend you jogg at 5:00 inn the morning ! I know it sounds like too much but it really helps!

hi..wat u shd do is...eat less food thn normal...evn u want 2 eat it tell urslf that u have 2 look gud...go 4 excerciz ....nevr mis it...take 2 bottles fill with water...do it up and down wth ur hands...u will improve...thats wat i knw...best of luck
