What is the best and safest way to send money from Russia to Spain.

Worldpay may be the way to go. I know of a couple of people in Europe who use it.

If your ONLY sending money (to a friend for bail) etc. I would use western union, money gram, etc.

IF YOU ARE PURCHASING something from someone. Use pay pal. a credit card, MC/VISA etc. ( you can file a "item not received" with you CC company if you don't receive your item)
pay pal is great for "purchasers" but not sellers.

If you are a seller, and someone uses pay pal to pay you , the buyer can send 1 Email to pay pal and claim that they received the wrong item or its not was described (truth or lie)and pay-pal will refund the money. no questions asked;.
The seller will be out of the item and the money.. cause paypal will take the money straight out of the sellers account.
(this has happend to me)

If there is a bank with a branch in both countries deposit your money in it in russia then when your in spain all you do is make a withdrawal.

I used to use Western Union when I was abroad years ago and that worked fine.
