WOW!!! two AP classes and you're only a freshman. If i were you i would drop one of your AP classes, take Bio honors (if it's offered, instead of regular bio) and replace the dropped AP with a fun art class or some other elective. As far as your schedule goes, it's great for any top ranked university, but remember there are other things such as the grades you get in those classes, SAT/ACT scores, and extracurriculars.

Remember that the university will look at your grade point average. Therefore, you should take a course load that's challenging, but also doable. If you have too many difficult courses, you might get worse grades in these courses and end up hurting your chances of getting into a university.

I am currently in graduate school. I personally took 7 AP courses over my high school career and I am glad that I took them. However, I regret not taking the opportunity to enjoy some other experiences that I could have done in high school, such as sing in choirs all three years and so forth. I encourage you to take advantage of opportunities in high school that you might not have again.

If you are really interested in getting into Johns Hopkins, I recommend that you speak with an Admissions officer at Johns Hopkins or e-mail and ask the Admissions officer what can make your application strong for that school. They will give you a much more authoritative answer than people on this website in general.

Happiness to you!
