i dont know how the slashes go im askin if you do this kind of command....what happens to the computer or operating system or what ever... im just asking if the command is done properly what are the results

Aren't your slashes the wrong way? ;)
Where do you do this? From the command prompt? In some language?

Typing c:\windows\system32\loop
does not do anything as "loop is not a recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
That is the message I got.
What is it exactly you want to do? Are you trying to run a specific Dos program from the command prompt?

the buttholes and fruitcakes start streaming across your monitor and you have to do a couple back slashes and colons to get them gone!
